We’re fired up to get Big Dan’s BBQ sauce to your doorstep as quickly as possible!

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During busy times (like holidays or product launches), processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving!

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is FREE on all orders, and at this time, we ship within the United States only.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your sauce every step of the way.

Local Pickup or Delivery (if applicable)
Local to Sioux Falls, SD? We offer free local pickup/delivery—choose the option at checkout and we’ll coordinate with you directly.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your order is taking longer than expected, check your tracking link first. Still having issues? Reach out—we’ll do what we can to help track it down.
