At Big Dan’s Smokin’ Meats, we take pride in every bottle of BBQ sauce we craft. Since our products are food items, they are considered perishable and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you're simply not happy with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means sending a replacement, offering store credit, or another solution that leaves you satisfied.
